From the north of Germany, currently living in Berlin. Everything I do wholeheartedly revolves around purpose and people. I’m a natural connector, deeply passionate about building meaningful relationships and initiatives that empower others to thrive.

I've always been curious about what motivates and drives people. I’m dedicated to offering personalized 1:1 coaching to help individuals unlock their full potential. My coaching is based on the Integral Business Coaching approach (ICF, IOBC & DBVC certified training). In addition, I am a certified Profile Dynamics Consultant. Beyond coaching, I provide consulting services to businesses, assisting them in building and fostering purpose-driven communities.

I firmly believe that our world becomes better when more people pursue what really ignites their passion, and when we create environments where people feel a true sense of belonging.

Community Background

I've been building communities for over eight years. I led community efforts at the global software company Camunda, where I also established their MVP Program, User Group Program, and various global event formats. In addition, as a Board Member at the non-profit organization Signal of Solidarity, I played a key role in cultivating a community that includes fellow institutions, partners, supporters, and employees.

Over the years, I have mentored numerous founders and community professionals to optimize their strategic community approach. The knowledge I've gained over the years I’m now leveraging to support businesses worldwide in unlocking their full potential by building and nurturing thriving brand communities.
